TheAnswerIs.ca – User’s Agreement

1. By using TheAnswerIs.ca, (from now on called “the Site”), you agree to comply with certain terms and conditions. If you do not act according to these terms and conditions, you are not welcome to use the Site.
2. The creator of this Site reserves the right to change and update these terms and conditions at any time whenever the creator  chooses.
3. The content of the Site is published by TheAnswerIs.ca Inc. TheAnswerIs.ca Inc. is not registered with the Ontario Securities Commission nor any other securities commission or regulator and is not licensed to, nor does it, provide any specific financial or other advice. You must conduct your own due diligence prior to purchasing any investment.
4. The Site is intended to provide general investment and other information and is not to be seen as an offer to sell or an attempt to solicit an offer to buy securities or invest in anything. 7. The contents of the Site are copyrighted and trademarked. Unauthorized use or exploitation of the Site’s content for any purpose – such as unauthorized downloading, retransmission, storage in any medium, copying, redistribution, reproduction, or republication in any manner – is forbidden.
8. Other websites connected by hyperlinks to the Site may have been developed by third parties. TheAnswerIs.ca. does not guarantee the accuracy of any information contained in independent websites.
9. Other websites linked to TheAnswerIs.ca, as well as the products, information and/or services they promote, are not necessarily endorsed or approved by the Site. The Site assumes no liability for any harm that may result from visiting these sites, such as unsuitable or unreliable information, viruses, and any other disruptive factors.
10. Any use of the Site in a manner that may be defined or deemed to be statutorily illegal under applicable laws is a violation of these terms and conditions. Such use includes, but is not limited to, use of the Site to distribute content, or links to content, involving child pornography, terrorist threats, phishing, credit card fraud, racketeering, defamation and slander, infringement of copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret of other such infringement. You may not use the Site to facilitate IRC, Egg Drops, BNC or IRC bots, proxies, game servers, online gambling services, unauthorized vulnerability monitoring and testing, unsolicited email and/or SPAM (including but not limited to any conduct that would violate any spam legislation, denial of service attacks, server abuse or distribution of malware).  Framing, mirroring, scraping or data-mining of the Site or any of its content in any form and by any method is strictly prohibited.
11. While every attempt will be made to honour your privacy and safeguard your confidential information, TheAnswerIs.ca cannot guarantee the confidentiality or security of information transmitted electronically. By accessing the Site, you agree not to hold TheAnswerIs.ca Inc. responsible for any damages or losses you incur by transmitting electronic information to us. Please refer to our Privacy policy for more information. We collect your personal information such as your name and email address when you sign up to the Site. This is for our internal record keeping and we may use this information to improve our products and services. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. We will use the data on an aggregated basis together with other similar data from other Site users so that the resulting statistical data is anonymous as to source and the details and source of the information are not revealed.
12. If either of us breaches or defaults under this Agreement and the other forgives that breach or default, it doesn’t mean either of us will forgive that breach continuing or agrees to forgive any future breach or default. In every case forgiveness for any breach or default has to be given in writing to the other party.
13. If any of these terms or conditions is found to be illegal, void, or unenforceable, then that term or condition shall be considered to be deleted from the User’s Agreement and all other remaining terms and conditions shall continue to be considered valid and enforceable.
14. This User’s Agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada, and is not intended to conflict with any other laws. By using the Site, you agree to abide by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada as applicable regarding any issues arising from, connected with, or relating to the Site or this User’s Agreement.
